Bahra University Conducts Mock CMAT Test

Mock CMAT Test was successfully conducted at the BAHRA University campus on 11 Feb 2012; Test was conducted online with total number of 161 Students appeared. The test was conducted in the Computer labs, Students from various locations Shimla, Solan, Hamirpur & Sirmour appeared for the online test.

MBA Student Selected in Placement Drive

Placement season started in Bahra University with "Data 64" picking two final year MBA students Ankita Sharma and Somesh Jagga for package 6.1 lakh per annum.

World Heart Day

Bahra University in association with the Sri Ram Hospital organized a free heart check up camp on the 24th September, the ' World Heart Day'. The Vice Chancellor of Bahra University, Dr. R.K.Gupta graced the occasion, and interacted with the patients and doctors. Renowned cardiologist Dr. Deepak Puri, Senior Consultant from Fortis Hospital Chandigarh conducted the camp, providing free consultation to the patients.

Bahra University organised MEGA JOB MELA at its campus on Saturday 4th June where National & International reputed companies came for recruitment of Diploma, Engineering, MCA & Management Graduates. More than 5000 students participated in the Job Mela and around 1000 offer letters were given to successful students

UGC Notifies Bahra University

UGC has notified Bahra University to award degree of various courses. In an official Communique the authorities of UGC has allowed the varsity management to award degrees as specified under section 22 of UGC act 1956 through its main campus in regular mode.
