We seek to encourage autonomy and empowerment in individuals through various methodology like case studies, assignments, role-plays, games and exercises, simulations and ‘Action Plans’ in order to ensure practical and measured applications at the workplace. The most significant aspect of training is to train the students of various streams for making them industry ready and employable. TNA is done to understand the basic content of the training on generic and individual basis. The training focusses on Placement activities to clear the basic tests like Aptitude test, Technical test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Technical Interview.Wherein the actual benefit from the training is realized. We employ tools like questionnaires, 360° Feedback and collective data analysis to evaluate the training impact. This helps the University realize the efficacy of the training intervention. These tools help the University evaluate the students based on their core competencies.

The Corporate Resource Centre acts as an interface between the students, faculty, and the corporate world to initiate continuous interaction with the industry, sharing the industry experiences, understanding industry needs and providing the required support to the corporate world.The Corporate Resource Center (CRC) plays an important role in shaping the careers of students from their induction and orientation, summer internships, mid-term projects, right to their final placements and even beyond. CRC also undertakes various academic and non-academic initiatives so that students are well equipped to meet varied industry requirements.
