TRAINING @ BAHRA UNIVERSITY

At Bahra University we believe in the experiential training approach. We seek to encourage autonomy and empowerment in individuals through  various methodology like case studies, assignments, role-plays, games and exercises, simulations and ‘Action Plans’ in order to ensure practical and measured applications at the workplace. The employers today hire with great amount of caution and look for students who have sound domain knowledge, polished soft skills and immaculate business etiquettes and values. Powered by most accomplished faculty members, it is these very qualities that the Bahra University endeavors to imbibe in the students. This helps enhance their employment quotient thereby making them job ready for seamless switch to industry.
The most significant aspect of training is to train the students of various streams for making them industry ready and employable. TNA is done to understand the basic content of the training on generic and individual basis. The training focusses on Placement activities to clear the basic tests like Aptitude test, Technical test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Technical Interview.Wherein the actual benefit from the training is realized. We employ tools like questionnaires, 360° Feedback and collective data analysis to evaluate the training impact. This helps the University realize the efficacy of the training intervention. These tools help the University evaluate the students based on their core competencies.

Rayat- Bahra has moved from strength to strength and has emerged as a favored destination for many national and international organizations to recruit the fresh talent nurtured at the Group. In the journey towards excellence, many milestones were also set by the Department of Placements in terms of “Quality and Quantity “. The excellent infrastructure of the varsity facilitates different activities of placement like pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews as per the requirements of the organizations. The consistent placement record illustrates the commitment to the success of the Group.Rayat Bahra has a 100% job placement record for the eligible students. Students have no trouble finding coveted positions in reputed corporate and business houses in all domains that visit the campus every year, offering an excellent salary package at par with international standards. The group has also a strong E Cell which helps to create Job Creators as entrepreneurs; The E Cell is working in close collaboration with Govt of India and NEN.
Corporate Resource Centre

The Corporate Resource Centre acts as an interface between the students, faculty, and the corporate world to initiate continuous interaction with the industry, sharing the industry experiences, understanding industry needs and providing the required support to the corporate world.The Corporate Resource Center (CRC) plays an important role in shaping the careers of students from their induction and orientation, summer internships, mid-term projects, right to their final placements and even beyond. CRC also undertakes various academic and non-academic initiatives so that students are well equipped to meet varied industry requirements.
